alright... how do you get rid of love handles?
i dont have them that bad but there gross!

Healthy eating, running, ab exercises. Just doing crunches won't really help if you eat crappy. Just try to get in fruits, veggies, whole grains, and good fats (nuts, anything unsaturated). Running, bike riding, walking, any cardio will burn calories.. there for burning fat.. eventually getting rid of love handles. Crunches/ab work outs will tone and shape your abs and obliques. Hope this helped ]
