Body Types Hi. Ok, I have an "hourglass" figure. My problem is, I don't know what kind of clothes flatter me. I currently weight 220 lbs, and i am 5 9. I would appreciate someone telling me what kind of clothes would flatter me. Normally, I wear waist high jeans and t-shirts, but i want cute clothes that are in style. Thank you!!!!!

the lucky thing about hourglass figures is that most clothing looks good :) i'm an hourglass, and i like to wear flowy skirts (a-line is awesome) and stuff. i know this sounds random, but for winter, try getting some v-neck sweaters. those are really cute, in style, and they would look good with your figure. flare jeans are your friend. here's some more info: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ]
Okay, well I don't think skinny (AKA tapered) jeans would look good since they're all about having the right hips for the tight, form-fitting look, which means narrow hips. I would suggest the universally-flattering boot-cut jean, or the straight-leg jean for a more modern look. Also try something that doesn't flare too much at the bottom to make you look thinner. Skinny is more for very long, thin legs to show them off. Try a low-waist jean that sits right on your hips made of stretch material that will give them that perfect sexy fit. Well, there are several kinds of things in style right now. It really depends on what you would like. You could try the "skinny" jeans, which sort of hug your ankle, and go up to your waist. Maybe some tee's from abercrombie like these:

or something from forever 21:
