How do you know/ find out if you have a double jointed body part?

You can't be double jointed really.. thats like having a two joints. So I don't really think its that, maybe just flexibility or a weird talent you have. Hah

I found out by going to the doctor one time when I got hurt in gymnastics.


You cant really just find out if your double jointed.. you could try to bend your body parts in weird ways, but I wouldnt really suggest that lol.
