Define a "few". Less than 10? 20?
No.
Prolonged exposure to cigarettes will though.
and you can't hide it. You'd be surprised what a dentist can tell about your lifestyle from your teeth and gums.

If you smoke a few times it really shouldn't do anything to your teeth. Bad teeth problems from smoking are usually only cause by heavy smoking for a number of years.
If you're worried about yellow, a whitening kit should work just fine, and you could use an extra fluoride toothpaste to keep your enamel strong.
