Confusion and uncertainty.
well i just got over the worst relationship OF MY LIFE. i went with this guy that i'll call Kevin for 2 and a half months and then he decides he wants to break it off because we never get to see eachother. although i get the vibe that that's not the only reason. so the night of my birthday he called me but i never called him back and he got pissed. so he sends me all this hatemail and stuff and tells me off, (even though he knows DAMN WELL that he upset me more than anyone else in the world!! and he wasnt my bf, so why does he care if i dont call him back or not, right? and there were plenty of times when we were dating that he never called me when he told me he would.) and just today he sent me these texts on my phone calling me names and what-not. and so his best friend and my best friend, (who hooked me and that guy up in the first place) want me to get to know this other guy...we'll call him Jay. well, im 15. and jay just turned 14. hes really nice. and cute. and hes just really awesome. but 2 problems here: i dont really like going with guys younger than me, and i only go out with christians. jay is an atheist. but i guess having no religion is better than worshipping the devil, right? well i dont know what to do. should i try it with jay? should i keep going after kevin? what?! PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR OPINIONS!!! I DONT CARE WHAT THEY ARE, JUST TELL ME PLEASE!! thanks.

here's my opinion on this whole thing,
kevin is extreeemely low and i think getting back together with him would be stupid on your part. it's obvious you can do better. from what you make him out to be, jay seems to be a good guy. personally, i don't think you should let his religion get in the way of your heart. and age, eh, you just gotta forget about that, you never know, you might be missing out. i think your bestfriend has a good sense of what kindof guy you would like. i'd give him a shot, and if you don't like it, you don't have to keep going with it. Forget about Kevin. If he wants you back then he'll just have to come to you. I do agree with the other person that you SHOULD give Jay a shot. I know it might be uncomfortable at first, cause he is one year younger... but does it look like it? Its time to experiment! Put age aside. I'm sure he's a sweetheart! :)
When it comes to religion, I'm sorry, but I cannot tell you because everyone has different beliefs, right?

I say taht you should give jay a shot. i mean...you gave kevin a shot ans he dumps you and then he gets mad at you for stuff he did to you. That is jsut mean. you don't wnat to be with someone like that. Jay, if you think he is a nice guy then give him a chance.. you have nothing to loss. But then again, if your two friends picked the first guy for you and it turned out like that, then it might not be a good idea. But i still think you should go for the new guy. it is just a chance to take and if you don't like him, you can alwasy break up..nothing big..good luck.
