It will just make you feel crummy and sluggish. Plus, you would gain weight in all the wrong places. Go to a health food store, or the grocery store and get those weight gaining protein shakes. High protein helps you gain weight. Chicken also helps. It's about getting a little extra meat on your bones, not so much getting "fat."

But if you way like 70-90 pounds and your 14, I can. O.K. You want to gain weight but EAT HEALTHY! Then at gym or w.e, you can run or what not, and not get tired. Try eating alot of bad things like peanut butter or popcorn, because they're reallllly fattening. Then with dinner eat fruits and veggies. Trust me. My friend had the same problem, and she did that. Slowly she gained 10 pounds-and was satisfied. Don't get too fat! And good luck!

Most girls can't get like that even if they want to. Your best bet is weight training. If you aren't physically there yet, start with pushups. You may need to do pushups from your knees or wall pushups since you are a girl. But they are effective and will give you tone and strength. Once you are used to that, add weight training such as arm curls, tricep extensions and dumbell shoulder presses. These will help more of the upper arms than forearms but that is normally more of a trouble spot. [ Professor_Kaos's advice column | Ask Professor_Kaos A Question ]
