Hey, thanks :] To lose weight, you have to really stick to a diet and exercise - so try to get someone who will motivate you and keep you going :] Cutting out soda - completely; will help you lose weight [over a one month period.] My friend's mom cut out soda out of her diet and lost about 10 pounds in a month. Also avoid fats - almost none, or completely none. But as we all know, that's impossible so sparingly eating fats & oils is the best solution. Also do cardio exercises three times a week for about 20-40 minutes at a time. There's plenty of magazines that can help you choose and demonstrate different workouts. The key to losing weight is to eat more smaller meals, less calories, a workout, and to STAY MOTIVATED. Don't give up on yourself if you don't see results ASAP, because you won't until after a little while. Good luck :] ]
