Cutting Does it really help?

cutting releases endorphins, and endorpins relieve pain, so technically it does make you feel better for a short time.
it is not a good idea though, it can become somewhat addicting. and can be a hard habbit to break.
as for does it help, it does not really help, as time goes on it would get worse, and cuts would get deeper and more dangerous and then when you want to stop it can be very difficult. trust me on this.
not a good idea, try something else like running or get a punching bag and just use that to get anger out.

Mutilating your body does not help at all. You may think taking things out on yourself is the way forward, but honestly, it is not. Also, would you really want the scars as a constant reminder of what pushed you to do it? Absolutely not.
What WILL help is seeking medical attention if you feel the need to harm yourself.

there so many other ways to cope with your feelings and problems.
please dont cut it is so bad for you.
not only bad for you but you skin!
It also leaves scars that u have to live with for the rest of you life. ]
