Sex Problem

my bf and i are 16 and we decided to start having sex we were both virgins and the 2 times we had sex he didnt last that long his penis went soft and he couldnt get another erection he is small
maybe it nerves im not sure is there something we can do to get him to last longer?

I'm not quite sure about this but im going to try to help. There is only two things i can think of.
If you have foreplay- and the two of you do that longer the easier/quicker it is for him to have an erection, so if you do have long foreplay shorten it up abit.

Maybe (im not sure if this will work or not)
but maybe when he gets soft do something to make him hard again. like a lap dance, play with his penis (hand job, that kind of stuff) ask him what turns him on and try to do what he says if you want.
Maybe he could get a penis pump thing or something of that sort, to make his penis larger.
