am male, i heard over masturbation builds in-security in oneself how far is it true?

is it natural that females to masturbate?

I'm sorry, I don't understand this question very well, but I will try my best.
It is normal for females to masturbate just as much as it is for males. Whether they want to though, is a different story. Some do, some don't.
In the first part of your question, do you mean if a male masturbates too much? I wouldn't say there are any bad side effects to masturbation. It is perfectly normal and healthy. The only time it can get bad is if it effects every day things (such as going to school/work etc) and to be honest, I have never heard of the insecurity part. Maybe you're better off asking a male.
