can i get a refund???
a couple of weekends ago i was at the mall. i went into PacSun and picked out about 5 things and paid. i had an idea of how much it would all cost, but when the guy rang it up it came to over $175! i was shocked, but they dont have one of the little screens that shows you what all they rang up, and the mall was closing like right then, so i paid with my debit card and got my receipt and had to run out before i got locked in and didnt have time to check it. later on i noticed that he did in fact charge me twice for one of my shirts! any other time i might just say "sh!t happens" and let it go, but it was a $23 shirt. please dont lecture me about oh if i didnt buy such expensive things that wouldnt happen, because i rarely do. my question is, can i go back to the store and talk to someone and hopefully get a refund or something?? i havent had a chance to go back yet, because i go to school and work and the mall isnt that close to me. my receipt clearly shows that the shirt is rung up twice, with the same barcode. ugh what can i do??

Yes, just bring in your receipt and debit card. It was a mistake on their part, and you have proof, so yeah, they'll give you your money back.
