I have not personally used it, but you can find so many reviews on this product on MakeupAlley. I'll give you the page link, all you have to do is make an account there real fast and then you can see all of the reviews and ratings. Also get reviews and ratings on other products too, so it's worth joining -- it's free and safe.

Proactive is much better, but much more expensive. Neutrogena is more drying.
