but the only part i remember is

it sounds like missy elliot?
or ciara? i can't tell.

i think you might be talking about Janet Jackson's song "so excited"

it's hard to tell with the little amount of information you gave, but "look sexy talk dirty" are lyrics.

I am not sure if this is right, so I'm sorry if I'm wrong. This song looks similar to what you described. It is "So Excited" by Janet Jackson.
