I like this guy and he likes me back but we never talk to each other. Do you think I should go up to him and make a conversation or should I wait until he comes up to me? Please REPLY!!!! Thanks!

ok first you are definitely SURE that he likes you back right? or is it just signals?
if you are sure,then.....
go for it!,seriously,the only problem a person should face is when one does not know if another likes/loves/is just friends with the person..then it would be embarassing..the rejection,the awkward silence,etc.etc
but since he likes you,and you in return like him...there is only one path to this scenario and i'm glad to tell you that it's a happy one
go and talk to him,tell him you like him..not profusely,or he'll think you're wierd,but just smile coyly and tell him you like him maybe in between the silence of your conversation..that'll be super random and super cute..lol
you'll do fine hun,trust me,just make your move first in case (god forbid) something happens in between the timeline
p.s.:oh and check out if he blushes when you tell him your feelings all of a sudden..lol
