Elle Fanning on Dirty Sexy Money

Why was Elle Fanning replaced by Chloe (i don't know her last name off hand) in the show Dirty Sexy money, or maybe Elle just decided not to do the show after one episode...but why??

Elle Fanning was in the Pilot of the show, but was replaced by Chloe Moretz after the show got picked up. This is because Elle wasn't available to commit to the entire series run.
