A few ideas are to just straighten your bangs if you have them; you can give a wet look with some gel and hairspray; you can give a beachy kind of easy-going look with Garnier's Surf Hair; you can make it glossy and shiny with some hair syrum/shine spray and curl it; you can bobby pin the mid section of your hair back (works with curly or straight hair)

-just a few ideas- =]
