I suddenly gained 6 lbs. I have no idea where it came from. My legs and arms are as thin as ever, and my back and abdomen have no visible fatty increase. I don't think I gained any muscle. How do I lose 10 lbs? 13/f small/medium frame 5"5 126 lbs.
As for how to lose weight, well its simple enough in theory. Eat a few hundred calories less than you burn every day, base your meals around a good non processed protein source (e.g. chicken, tuna, lean meats, cottage cheese, etc), and exercise (particularly cardio, e.g. running, biking, some sports, etc). Eat balanced meals and divide up your food into about 5 meals a day evenly spaced out every 3-4 hours. Drink plenty of water, and cut out all the empty calories from junk foods.
