my ex dumped me after nine months of being with me. i lost my virginity to him and we were going to get married. when he dumped me he hit me and watched as his family threatened me. now i have feelings for someone else but there is an age difference and i am scared to fall in love again. so what should i do.

Take it slow. Just because you had sex for the first time with this other guy doesn't mean you have to "plan on it" with this new guy. Just take it slow - start with a few dates, kiss whenever you're ready. Eventually you'll trust him and you can do what comes naturally. But you have to take it slow since building up trust with the new guy will be harder. If you're already starting to date this new guy, you should tell him about how you feel. Hope this helps
