head bands are easy to find
like cvs has them walmart target all those places

and that hat thing i saw one at abercrombie and fitch

Headbands: Anywhere. Target would be cheapest. You could go to CVS, Claires, Walmart, Charlotte Russe, too.

Beanie: Hollister, American Eagle, Delia's maybe, Charlotte Russe, etc. Depends on the color you want.
