Ok i recently downloaded limewire, which i know that you use itunes to put the songs onto your player. bu here's the thing i dont have an ipod i have a sandisk sansa. but my brother seems to have downloaded songs onto his player which is also not an ipod. but my brother is gone for a few weeks without a cell phone so does anyone have a clue how i can work this out??

You don't need to use iTunes. Connect your player. Go to start, "my computer". Your player will be there as one of the drives. Dragging songs into the drive(or sometimes one of the folders in the drive) will make them appear on the device, and they should play normally.
