'scene' style.

Question Posted Sunday October 7 2007, 5:41 pm

A lot of people i've asked have told me that I trying to change who i am, when that's not it at all.

I love the way scene girls dress, look, whatever.

My problem is this:

I'm not good at speaking with new people,
and I don't know where to get the clothing and accessories that are a part of this lifestyle.

[i live in sacramento, california, if that's any help.
websites also work for me.]

Here's a few links:

HEYY!!! A woman of my own heart! I lived in Sacramento for so long and just moved away ferom there! Scene people aren't often seen down there, but I get my jewelry and stuff like that at Forever 21 & Hot Topic (at Arden Fair Mall). They have really cute stuff for cheap. If you're into it you can buy key items online on ebay or something. I know people say hot topic is 'poser', but its not. Look at what the scene girls wear then go to those places and you will find some cute stuff. Scene girls can vary from cutsie girly stuff to edgy 'dont-mess-with-me' stuff. So find the style you want and make it your own personal fashion.

Don't listen to what people say, babe. If YOU like this, then there's NOTHING wrong with it! Sporting this new style might even help you open up a little too. Hope I helped... And I'd like to get to know you more. Add me on myspace or email me or something.

Best Wishes!
