Some of the oatmeal I buy has splenda in it. I actually really like the oatmeal & the taste of it. It's Quaker's Weight Control oatmeal. I didn't realize it had splenda until way after I've aten it quite a few times. I don't have it that frequently. Maybe once a week, once every two weeks. Is splenda really that bad for you?? Or is it okay to have every so often?? Thanks!!
