Ask your hairdresser to cut it in long layers, the shortest at your jawline, the longest just below your shoulder. Try a wave-enhancing cream, like Frederic Fekkai Wave Creating Hold, [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Also, try keeping your hair one color, not brown and blond. It really looks bad, and that's a fact, not just an opinion. Try just the light brown.
