i was wondering how girls get the hairs like this besides buying a hair clip lol it looks so messy but perfect. and i really would like to know where to get a dress like this?

The way you can get that hairstyle is to tease, or back comb ( as some people call it ) your hair. If you don't know how to do that, basically what you do is take a bunch of pieces of hair & you take a comb and brush down on your hair towards your hair instead of down, & it creates volume & that 8o's look. Then just spray some hair spray (Aussie Hairspray is the best) and wha-la ! you're done. [:

& About the dress, I have no clue where you can get that kind of dress, but just having an idea of that kind of dress, and going to a bunch of stores will help you look for something basically like that.
