if its no then okay i will move on but i always wounder why she said this to me "i guess time will tell for the both of us" and "if you get a boyfriend we won’t be close anymore”

those words always make me think why she said that usely friends dont say that to one another.
do they?

To me, I think she was just afraid of losing you.
And the time will tell one, she was just unsure of what your future together would be. Both friendship and relationship wise.
