cold hands

hi i am 13/f
okay well for some reason my hands can get really cold even when its like sweating hot outside. And it can get really annoying sometimes especially when i hold hands with someone then i get a little embaressed because of my cold hands. It used to be the opposite my hands used to get all sweaty but now its the total opposite
what do you think is the problem? Should i be worried? What could i do to help?

It's poor circulation in your hands. I have the same thing, I've been given the nickname "ice cube". But anyway, if you ask your doctor, there are ways to treat it I'm sure. But I don't have it that bad, well it doesn't bother me as much at leas.t
