Sweaty palms..

Hello,
Im not sure if its something to be worried about but recently (it never happened before) when ever i feel nervous or worried or scared or mad my palms begin to sweat alot, to the point that sometimes if theres a pin or something in my hand it will slip out or i wont be able to hold it straight, and my hands also get very shaky! and also my heart races so fast like if i also think of a problem that really efected me badly..Ill stop eating immediantly..and my plams wil sweat and my head and neck will get hot and then begin to sweat also..and my hands begin to shake and im not sure whats going on but im worried..Please help Thankyou

Do you do uppers?
Like.. cocaine,x,ect?

That may be it.


Or maybe your just a nervous person
its summer it may have to have alot to do with the sweating.
Try meditating and drinking more water
Chances are your dehidrated:)
