highlights
Last night around 5 my mom put highlights in my hair. and she said not to wash or straighten my hair this morning. she said she thought it would be ok tomorrow morning to go back to my routine and wash dry and straighten, anybody that has put highlights in there hair know if that would be ok?

I had highlights a while back and I washed my hair the night I got them. They were perfectly fine afterwards. Though I don't know abou straightening, as I didn't try it.

ok i have had highlights in my hair for the past year or so, but i have mine done professionally idk if your mom gets the home highlights or somethin. But when she always gets done with my hair she ALWAYS washes it...so i would think that it would be ok to start washing it again :)

It should be fine. I suggest not washing it too much for about a week or two and don't go in chlorinated pools or anything. Have fun :]
