Calling a guy or waiting til he calls you
I like this guy that i just met and he likes me. He calls every night and says the cutest things but, now he wants me to call him. Should i call,or what if he is busy?

There are a couple of ways you can handle this, 1. Play the waiting game, or 2. Straight out call him.
I suggest you not playing the game, unless you know what you're doing. In this case, this would mean waiting three days and playing with his mind in the phone call just to tease him a bit and to be 'hard to get'.
I would just flat out call him, most guys can't handle the being around the bush thing. Try to see when he might be free like a casual, "When do you get home from football practice?" Try calling around then. Be sure to sound polite if his parents/siblings answer. Oh Oh! Be sure you have some things to talk about before you call him *unless you guys just have natural conversation flow* cause other wise that could get awkward. I suggest things like school, sports, his family etc.
