I have cable sbc yahoo internet,
no laptop, i have NO memory card for my phone.
basically i have a phone with barly no connections lol.

well download any music/pics for your phone, then plug your cable to your phone and computer...then if you go to ''my computer'' your phone should show up somewhere. double click on the icon and then you can copy any files to your phone folder thing :P
