tricepts

Question Posted Saturday September 22 2007, 11:40 am

14/F 5'1 100 lbs

i recently lost like 30 lbs and the upper parts of my arm or my bicepts are really toned and defined. My tricepts on the other hand are REALLY untoned, but the thing is I'm not sure if it's really my tricepts or just extra skin. If i tone my tricepts do you think that if it is extra skin, it will not look like extra skin anymore and if not what should I do to get rid of it and what is the fastest way to tone my tricepts? Dont just give me a list of excercises, I have that. I want to know which excercise will work the fastest.

Thanks :) Feel Free to only answer one of those questions. I know putting multiple questions in a question is frowned upon, but I thought they went together.

when you work out you are pulling in all your excess skin and fat to make it look more toned. honestly no work out works faster than the other it will take time but if you work hard it will pukk in and look toned just work at it.
