verizon env problem

i have a verizon env and for some reason everytime i get a txt message or phone call an automaited voice says "call from..." and the persons name! i dont know how to get rid of it can someone give me a step by step list on how to remove the voice?

that would be great it is so annoying!

you can always contact verizon.
or if the phone came with a manual, you could read that.
