Ok my teacher is constantly picking on me because my voice is so quiet.
Like she won't talk to me and everytime i try to ask her for help she'll shout SORRY WHAT WAS THAT and I'll try to say it louder and she'll constantly interupt me so i'll say "nevermind.."
She's the one in the beginning of the year going "don't think that teachers hate you or are trying to fail you because they get much more work if you do fail" But at this rate i'd prob fail because I'm not getting any help and I have no idea what to do.
And my voice is super quiet so i probably can tlak louder but the louder I talk, the more unclear so it will sound fairly similar to a nail meeting wood.
But anyways...you should tell your teacher privately that this is uncalled for (well, not in those exact terms), or tell your parents to talk to an administrator.
Jack is right-- it's not your problem: SHE's the problem.
This was less advice, and more empathizing with you.

Some people, like you, cannot help the fact that they are naturally quiet, and if your teacher continues to do this "SORRY WHAT WAS THAT?" in what sounds like a rude way, well then get your parents involved. Have them email the teacher. If she still persists, well then have them email the principal- and then it should be taken care of. If you don't want to get your parents involved- go to your counselor- she can probably help you.
I certainly don't think you should have to change the way YOU ARE for a teacher- unless she has a serious hearing problem. If this becomes a matter of not succeeding in the class- well then you should ask for a new teacher.
