they wont get much bigger at all...and like I said it really depends upon the pill...some wont do anything at all for your boobs...and it doesn't hurt and it's not cold...it's uncomfortable...but if your really nervous it will probably be a bit painful the first time because you'll keep tightening up so it will hurt a bit and feel forced...them sticking the fingers in actually is a lot less painful because the use the spectrum first so your already opened up a bit...it's still a bit uncomfortable. Just relax and try your best not to tighten up the muscles and you should be just fine.
