I think it would be best for you two to talk about how far you are willing to go before you even do anything. It's important to talk about it so both of you can get what you want out of the intimacy while preventing any accidents from happening. If you feel to uncomfortable talking about it, then you're to immature to be doing that stuff anyway.
And just a tip, don't make out at the movies and PLEASE don't let him finger you at the movies. That is disgusting and rude. Think of the people around you. They are there to see a movie; not watch you get it on with your boyfriend. Forgive me if this seems harsh, but it's true.
