when i go onto someone's profile and try to get the source, the box never shows up. i don't think it's my computer because it works on every other website, does anyone know why this is or how i can fix it?

That is truly strange. In IE click "page", "view source" instead of right clicking. If that doesn't work, go to "page", "save page as". Then make sure you use the second dropdown to save as "complete HTML". After you save the file, right click it and "open with..." notepad.

If that doesn't work, download this:

Extract the files inside of it to C:windowssystem32 (replace C with your windows drive letter). Now go to start, run. Type this:

cmd

then at the command prompt(C:>) type this:

cd desktop

then type this (replace URL with the myspace URL, include http but not www.):

wget URL

There will then be an html file on your desktop, open it with your text editor.
