Alot of people do un healthy and suggest unhealthy ways to loose weight, Leading to sickness.
I would suggest talking to a doctor about it, I am 5.6-5.7 and I am 135. But also muscle weighs more than fat, I really doubt you are fat. So many people at your age are taught that if you are not built with a beautiful body, You get know were in life.
Also, be careful with sit ups and stuff. You can easily get hurt by doing stuff you have know clue how to do. Take a fitness class, They will teach you.
Also drink water, Peeing will help get the sugar out of yoru body and its better than fattening juice.
