i need to lose some weight fast. anybody know any good exercises? and if you do how many should i do of each one. then need some tips on eating food. it's hard though cuz it seems i have no self control. PLZ HELP

And if you live alone it is soo much easier to go on a diet that way. You could use something like nutrasystem, and get rid of all the other food in your house but the stuff that is delivered. Then you will have a better chance of staying on a diet. It is soo much harder when you have good junkie snacks and foods around to tempt you! If you do not live alone, put reminders on every cabinet and fridge that you are on a diet so you will think twice about eating it. Your body will also be much healthier that way!
