Hi there,

I looked through the manual for your Canon multi-function printer, model MP500 for any sign of a mention of a PIN or P.I.N. Number.

Nothing. :-(

Myself, I would just try the serial number as the pin number just to see if it works.

If that fails and you still need a PIN number to install the software and applications for your Canon MP500 printer, then go here:

... and send a support e-mail, or call Canon toll free by calling their toll-free support hotline:

1-800-828-4040

The main Canon toll free number may also be able to help if the other has long wait times:

1-800-OK-CANON

I hope you have fun with your new Canon mp500 printer once you get this speed bump out of the way. :-)
