how do you wear handkerchief around your neck? has anyone seen people with them perfectly draped around their neck with the folds like falling perfectly

Yes, Its very emo. There's not an exact art of folding it to wear around your neck or anything- just do what looks good. Buy one, play around with it and fold it up, put it on, and if it looks good your good. Goodluck.
