Your question makes percious little sense, but I will do my best to answer it.

A person who has some idea of what they are looking for can tell if a women's hymen is intacted or not. In many cultures the hymen is looked for in a woman as 'proof' of her virginity, but the truth is the hymen can be broken in a lot of other ways besides having sex.

So no, there is no way to be absolutely, 100% certain that a person is a virgin or not, but the hymen is often taken as proof of virginity.

Some women will have thier hymen's replaced with very expensive surgury so that they can supply that 'proof' to thier husband on thier wedding night.
