itchiness

Question Posted Sunday September 9 2007, 9:25 pm

14/f

okay, i'm not sure if this is allergies.. or this is genetics... because, my skin is starting to itch.. especially on my legs, and i'm beginning to get this little bumps. they're not like.. HUGE. but they're little... and my dad when he was younger he'd have health problems, like.. he had the same thing, but his bumps were red and on his back and stuff. and my sister also has skin problems... she has red bumps all over her body.. and they itch or something like that.. and they're like blotchy or whatever. and i'm scared that i might have them, but i don't know.. what can you do to make the itchiness & bumpiness go away? ... or is it just allergies.. HELP?!

yup. it is allergies. it happend to me. small bumps. i got like really really itchy and it was all red like a rash but with red spots. and if you feel it, it then is bumpy a little. For me, its because of the pool water. It never happend to me before, but somehow, i didnt get lucky and it happend. Or it might be something you ate. But i would recommend seeing a doctor. For me, it got better when my grandma made me brown sugar and hot water. Mix it together and you should get better in a week or so. :] &hearts

obvoiusly, im not a doctor, so first off, you should show your father or sister the bumps..see what they think, or if you don't want to do that, than visit a doctor,

but honestly, itchy bumps on your legs? sounds a lot like razor burn.... try a new shaving cream, a new blade.

buttt it's best to see a doctor to know for sure
