recently i have been talking to an guy 2 years older than me. he lives in my town but goes to a private school. ive hung out with him once and i really like him. his friend told me he was thinking of asking me out. i have no problem with that, i just dont know how to tell my parents. i usually tell them everything but i dont know how they would react. what is an easy of telling them?

Maybe give some free advice about: Love Life? superstarblue89 answered Monday September 10 2007, 3:23 pm: don't lie to them...don't butter them up too much...the other person is wrong...don't hide him from your parents...if he asks you out let your parents meet him before the date...they'll be a lot more at ease if they meet him first...but don't hide anything from them...they'll be more upset if you do...be honest but make some bargains...say "mom, dad...there's this guy that I really like that asked me out...He's 16 and goes to a private school...now before you say anything...I will be home by whatever set curfew you give me and you all will get to meet him beforehand." This will help ease their mind...they should at least give him a chance...if they try saying no let them know that...everyone deserves a chance.
