ab lounger

i've been using the ab lounger like everyday for a month and im not really geting any results. what should i do??

my mom uses it and does appx.150 crunches on it and she's lost some inches around her waist and she says she feels healthier. it depends on how much you use it.

Try it for a little longer, are you on a diet. Or maybe you're using it incorrectly.
