umm i am 14 years and i have not started my period yet and i have no boobs at all. what should i do????

you'll get it eventually
everyone gets their period, and starts growing at different times.
for the boobs, you could wear a pushup bra?
or maybe a padded one?
but as for the period, you can't do anything about it.
