Thrift stores!! I always buy my jeans there. I can usually get a few pairs of jeans for a total of under 10 bucks. Sometimes they're already ripped, but you could always rip them yourself. And since they're so cheap, don't be afraid of ruining them.

i've ripped my own jeans before and it really works great. you just take a pair of old jeans and go at 'em with a knife and some bleach. i think that places like t.j. maxx or kohl's would have cheap ripped jeans. american eagle has them too but they're like 30 or 40 bucks.
