First, don't stress over him. Play it cool. haha
Talk to him whenever you see him. You don't have to have a whole conversation, you could just say hey!
If you don't know him, get one of your friends who does know him to introduce you. If you see him wearing a soccer jersay, you could say wow you play soccer?! i love soccer! or tell me when your next game is, i hear our school team is pretty good!(unless everyone knows the team is bad, then you could say id love to see you play sometime)
Flirt with him a little, but don't be slutty. Believe it or not, not all guys go for slutty girls.
Hug him. But don't be all over him. When you see him be like HEYY ohh wow i havent seen you in forever! then just hug him. If things look like they are going well, ask him if he wants to hang out sometime. The first few times it could be with a group of people...then just have the group dwindle down to you two!
