My Ipod won't work

Ok so i went to turn on my ipod today and it wouldn't, i assumed the battery died, i plugged it into a charger and it didnt charge and won't respond, it wont even show up, i also pluffed it into a i home type thing that is supposed to charge it, didn't work. what should i do?

My ipod does that all of the time. I would try restarting it by pressing the menu and center button, and also doing all the things that you did. Sometimes you'll have to do these things a whole bunch of times to get it to work.

Press menu and the center button to restart it. You'll have to wait a minute or so to reset.
