Dell is not an operating system, it is a manufacturer. If you tell a technical person that you "use a dell", they will laugh at you. Dell installs your choice of Windows XP, Windows Vista, DOS, Ubuntu Linux, or nothing. 2 out of 5 of them come with Windows Movie Maker. So, to quote Multivac, "INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR MEANINGFUL ANSWER".
