I think this guy is stalking me!
there is this guy at school where i go to band and i REALLY dont like him hes kinda wierd it you make eye contact with him he'll just start talking to you and it gets freaky like 1 time i was showing something 2 my bff and he says thats cool i like it my bff and i made a site for the orchestra were in, and he showed up there and we hadn't even officaly finished it plus we hadnt told anyone the address we fially got him to leave so we figured that he must have a freewebs site so we decided to look for it and we found it under superlaneman (i think he deleted the site becouse i cant get there anymore) and on the site, hes just like my dream girl is serrh davint (me) and all like 'any1 who can find my hotties profile ill give you ten bucks'and my family takes it so lightly i mean hes stalking me

You need to tell him yourself that you don't like what he's doing and you want him to stop. You also have to tell him that you don't like him in that way, and that his perfect girl is somewhere out there, but it's not you. Don't ask him if you could just be friends, unless you really want to be friends with him.
He does sound like a freaky guy. I would just try really hard to ignore him after that, or if he continues, just keep telling him that you don't like him in that way. If he keeps doing this, I'd suggest that you go talk to a school counselor right away. They will know what to do...
